We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to manage and expand our overseas market, particularly in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring smooth coordination between the production and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and target potential clients in the Bangladesh market.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
3. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinate with the production team to understand technical aspects of products and align them with market needs.
5. Regularly travel to Bangladesh to meet clients, conduct market research, and oversee business operations.
6. Prepare sales reports and provide insights for improving market performance.

Requirements:

1. Religious Preference: Muslim candidates preferred.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Willingness to travel frequently to Bangladesh.
5. Knowledge of the Bangladesh market and trade practices is a plus.

Experience:

• Prior experience in sales and marketing is advantageous.
