METALLURGICAL FLUX

The neutral effect of Gajanan Flux in the melting process ensures that there are no alterations to the chemical compositions. This flux offers a range of benefits, including an increased furnace yield of 1.5 to 2.0% in scrap-based plants and up to 4% in sponge-based plants. It also reduces power consumption, eliminates the need for carbon supplements like met coke, and removes the need for strong de-oxidizers. Additionally, it improves tundish and ladle life, reduces oxygen and lancing pipe usage by up to 50%, and solves common rolling problems like peeling, pinholes, and mouth distortion. It also improves the inner core and structural bonding of TMT bars, minimizes slag crusher usage, and makes manpower handling easier.
